2021 Speaker Details

Mandy Royston is a Concessions Operations Coordinator for the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) at the award winning Indianapolis International Airport (IND). During her three and a half years at IND, Mandy supported an upgrade of Concessions offerings and continues to support this initiative through Project Management and Communications with various business partners. For her contributions to this project and her passion for customer service, Mandy has been publicly recognized by the Airport Authority leaders for Excellence. Driven by the discovery of what makes each passenger unique and creating world class customer service experiences Mandy dedicates her time to ensure every passenger has a positive travel experience. She studied Hospitality Management at Purdue University, West Lafayette and has since carved a path through the legal, pharmaceutical, event and hotel management fields to unearth her love of Airport Hospitality Management. In her free time, Mandy volunteers as a mentor for the Pass the Torch, Purdue for Life Foundation and Engage Mentoring organizations, spends time reading, cooking with friends, traveling, and has just started learning how to sew. She is an eternal optimist who believes the best is still to come.
